If the bard wins the contest of pitting his or her mental-strength vs. the targets within the “Area of Effect”, the power of this song will charm and enthrall all who have succumbed to its power for the “Duration”. During this time, the only thing that the enthralled / charmed will not do is commit murder or suicide for the bard.
